In recent times, a lot of people have died from depression and heartbreaks because they allow this setbacks take the better part of their lives and leave them with reason to think that “they have nothing left to fight for” but that is wrong. However, a lot of people have not learnt how to channel these failure into strength. 4 mentality switches you’ll create to remodel failure into strength are;
1. Use the emotions from failure to become stronger.
Strength is not judge by you physical abilities. It is calculated by your mental ability to handle various faces of your life. Life always play us with different challenges that we may fail or be broken but the best part changing those failure into strength. If it couldn’t kill you, means you are strong enough to over come.
2. Reframe failure to motivate yourself.
Some people wait for other people’s experiences to motivate themselves when you should be your own motivation. Channel all your anguish into motivating yourself. Nobody is perfect and everyone has the right to try again. Give yourself the chance to try again and see the outcomes. Never give up on your self. Always believe that it might have not been Rosy of late, doesn’t mean you won’t get there.
3. Look at failure as a lesson.
You should give up on things because you failed. Its only an experience and you should learn from it. Allow yourself learn from your mistake so as to effect better and positive change when given a better chance. Note: nobody was born perfect and nobody is an island. failure works side by side with success. Take responsibility for your failure rather than pushing blames to others.
4. Apply the skills from your previous failure.
Apply skills you have acquired from the past into new works. Giving up on a project is failure. Because it proved futile does not mean you should give up or stop working on it. Apply the skills from your previous failure, work more on it and expect a better result. Give positivity a chance to reign in your mindset. Forget all the pain of yesterday and pay attention to the purpose of starting. Believe no quitting and keep fighting.
